The products offered in this online shop primarily comprise txakoli, wines, boxes, packs and other products connected to the Txakoli Uriarte winery.
Product images, descriptions and characteristics are displayed as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, there may be minor visual differences between the image shown on the website and the product supplied, particularly in labelling, presentation, vintage, packaging or specific availability.
3. Age requirement
Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to people aged 18 and over.
By submitting an order request, users declare that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to make the purchase.
Txakoli Uriarte may request proof of age where it considers this necessary or where required by applicable law.
4. How orders work
The online shop operates through an order request.
system. Submitting an order through the website does not constitute automatic or final acceptance of the order by Txakoli Uriarte.
Once the request is received, Txakoli Uriarte will check product availability, the order details and the applicable terms. It will then contact the customer to confirm the order and provide payment instructions.
The order will be deemed confirmed only after Txakoli Uriarte has validated the request and the customer has paid in accordance with the instructions provided.
5. Prices
Prices displayed in the online shop are stated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Txakoli Uriarte reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products will, however, be supplied under the terms confirmed to the customer when the order is validated.
6. Shipping
Orders placed through the online shop include free shipping, unless expressly indicated otherwise during the order process or in the confirmation sent to the customer.
The order will be sent to the address provided by the customer, provided that the information supplied is correct and complete.
If special circumstances arise in relation to the destination, volume, weight, product availability or logistical conditions, Txakoli Uriarte will inform the customer before confirming the order.
7. Payment method
Orders will be paid by bank transfer or another method agreed directly between Txakoli Uriarte and the customer.
Once order availability has been confirmed, Txakoli Uriarte will provide the customer with the information required to make payment.
The order will not be prepared or shipped until payment has been received or verified, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the parties.
8. Preparation and delivery
Preparation and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the shipping destination, order volume and the winery’s schedule.
Once the order request has been received and reviewed, Txakoli Uriarte will provide the customer with an estimated timescale.
Any times stated are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
9. Product availability
All orders are subject to availability.
If a product is out of stock, its information is incorrect or the order cannot be supplied under the requested conditions, Txakoli Uriarte will contact the customer to offer an alternative, amend the order or cancel it at no cost to the customer.
10. Order cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been prepared or shipped.
If the order has already been prepared, shipped or handed to the carrier, cancellation may be subject to the costs or conditions applicable in each case.
11. Right of withdrawal and returns
Where the customer is a consumer, they may exercise the right of withdrawal under the terms laid down by applicable law and within the corresponding statutory period from receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Txakoli Uriarte clearly by email at tienda@txakoli-uriarte.com, stating the order details and their intention to withdraw from the purchase.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unopened, unhandled and in its original packaging or otherwise suitably packaged for transport.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or consumed, damaged for reasons attributable to the customer or are not in a condition suitable for resale.
Return costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, the order is incorrect or the cause is attributable to Txakoli Uriarte.
Once the product has been received and its condition checked, Txakoli Uriarte will issue the corresponding refund where appropriate.
12. Defective products or order errors
If the customer receives a defective product, one damaged in transit or a product other than the one ordered, they must notify Txakoli Uriarte as soon as possible by email at tienda@txakoli-uriarte.com, providing photographs and a description of the issue.
Txakoli Uriarte will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or equivalent solution.
13. Invoicing
Customers may request an invoice for their order by providing the necessary tax details.
Txakoli Uriarte will issue the invoice in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
