Winemaking
A process designed to preserve freshness and balance
Fermentation transforms the sugars in the must into alcohol and produces the components that define the wine’s character.
The wine then rests in tanks before clarification, filtration and cold stabilisation, producing clean, bright and balanced wines.
Origin and assurance
Bizkaiko Txakolina
Our wines are made under the Bizkaiko Txakolina Designation of Origin , which guarantees their provenance, authenticity and quality as txakoli from Bizkaia.
Qualification tastings and controls by the Regulatory Council ensure that every wine bearing the corresponding certification label meets the quality standards of the Bizkaiko Txakolina Designation of Origin.
This assurance reflects the origin, authenticity and care that accompany our txakolis from the vine to the bottle.
White Txakoli
The freshest and most representative expression of our winery
Made from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri, our White Txakoli has a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and a fresh, lively and fruity profile.
Fruity nuances predominate on the nose, while the palate offers freshness, balance and a pleasant, lingering green-fruit character.

Rosé Txakoli
A delicate, fruit-forward expression of the vineyard
Made from Hondarrabi Beltza, our rosé stands out for its colour, between pale strawberry and raspberry, and for its softer, fresh and fruity expression.
It offers clear fruity notes on the nose and is balanced, light and pleasant on the palate—ideal with salads, fish, seafood or white meats.
