A fresh, fruity rosé txakoli with a character of its own
Our rosé txakoli is made from Hondarrabi Beltza, with just enough maceration to produce a fresh wine with a pale ruby hue and a distinctive personality within the Bizkaiko Txakolina tradition.
Its colour falls between pale strawberry and raspberry, with a clean aromatic profile dominated by fruity notes. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, slightly crisp and fruity.
Its gastronomic character makes it ideal with salads, fish, seafood and white meats, served between 10 and 12 °C.
