Special Txakoli from Bizkaia / Berezia

Our special txakoli from Bizkaia, also known as Berezia Txakoli, was born as a distinctive interpretation within the winery. It is a special white wine that remains connected to the vineyard and the tradition of Bizkaiko Txakolina, while offering a differentiated, elegant expression with an identity of its own.

It is made from Hondarrabi Zuri, together with varieties such as Riesling, Gros Manseng and Chardonnay, which enhance its aromatic complexity, balance and gastronomic character.

Its fresh, fruity and balanced profile makes it a special offering within Txakoli Uriarte. Designed to accompany fish, seafood, mushrooms and txuleta steak, it always retains an Atlantic personality and a winemaking approach focused on clarity, freshness and harmony.
