Our red txakoli from Bizkaia is made from Hondarrabi Beltza, a red grape connected to the land and Bizkaia’s winemaking tradition. It is a fresh, fruity wine with a distinctive personality within Bizkaiko Txakolina.
It has an intense red colour, with shades ranging from cherry red to violet. On the nose it offers a clean aroma, with predominantly fruity and forest-berry notes.
On the palate it is fresh and balanced, slightly crisp and fruity. Its gastronomic profile makes it a fine match for red meats and stews, served between 12 and 15 °C.
