White Txakoli from Bizkaia

Our white txakoli from Bizkaia is born from a way of working closely connected to the vineyard, the Atlantic climate and the personality of Hondarrabi Zuri. It is a wine that seeks to express freshness, balance and authenticity while preserving a clear identity within the tradition of Bizkaiko Txakolina.

The principal variety in our vineyard is Hondarrabi Zuri, a native white grape that accounts for most of the planting. Alongside it, Hondarrabi Beltza, a red variety, completes the personality of our wines. We also grow smaller quantities of varieties such as Petit Manseng, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Folle Blanche, which add nuance, complexity and aromatic richness to the winemaking process.

Its fruity, lively and gastronomic profile makes it a versatile expression, designed both to accompany food and to reflect the character of the region. It reveals the influence of the landscape, the proximity of the sea and a winemaking approach focused on clarity, freshness and harmony.
