TXAKOLI URIARTE
Terms of purchase
Information applying to orders placed through the Txakoli Uriarte shop.
1. Shop owner
The shop is owned by Javier Uriarte Ormaeche, Spanish tax ID 14960840F, at Barrio Elexalde, Caserío Eguzkitza, 48113 Gamiz-Fika, Bizkaia, Spain. Email: tienda@txakoli-uriarte.com.
2. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern requests and subsequent purchases of products offered in the shop. Before sending a request, the interested person must read and accept these terms, the delivery terms and the privacy policy.
3. Products and availability
Photographs and descriptions identify each product as accurately as possible. Vintages, presentation or secondary packaging details may vary without changing the essential characteristics. Every request is subject to availability and final confirmation by the winery.
4. Prices and taxes
Product prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Each product, pack or case may have its own commercial price even where its contents equal several individual bottles. The summary separately shows products, delivery, preparation, optional insurance when selected, taxes and the indicative total. The provisional optional-insurance charge is calculated from total estimated parcel weight using the configured euro-per-kilogram rate and its minimum and maximum limits.
5. Request without an obligation to pay
The website does not take automatic payment. By pressing “Send request to the winery”, the interested person sends a non-binding request: no purchase is concluded and no obligation to pay arises. The winery will then contact them by telephone or email to confirm availability, amount, payment method and delivery. A purchase is concluded only when the interested person expressly accepts that confirmation.
6. Receipt of the request
WooCommerce records the request as an internal reference and emails a summary to the address provided. The interested person should check their details and report any error as soon as possible.
7. Language, record and correction of data
A request may be sent in Spanish, Basque or English. The winery retains the electronic record for the applicable legal and administrative periods. Before sending it, the interested person can review and correct their details, contents, quantity, delivery charge and indicative total; afterwards, any error can be reported to the winery.
8. Age restriction
Alcoholic drinks may not be sold to anyone under 18. The buyer declares that they are over 18, and the winery may request proof of age before handing over the order.
9. Support and issues
Questions about products, orders, payment or delivery may be sent to tienda@txakoli-uriarte.com. Issues will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable consumer law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the buyer is a consumer, the authorities and courts determined by applicable consumer legislation will have jurisdiction.
